Up to AZN 15 mln insurance premiums collected from compulsory real property insurance during eleven months

Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Over 12,300 insurance contracts on compulsory real property insurance, compulsory civil liability insurance related to the exploitation of real estate and compulsory personal accident insurance of passengers were signed in November, 2014.

According to Compulsory Insurance Bureau, 12,049 (down 2.71% from previous year) contracts were signed on compulsory real property insurance, 262 (-0.38%) contracts on compulsory civil liability insurance related to the exploitation of real estate and 33 contracts on compulsory personal accident insurance of passengers.

AZN 999,249 insurance premiums came from compulsory real property insurance, AZN 23,460 from compulsory civil liability insurance related to the exploitation of real estate and AZN 17,884 from compulsory personal accident insurance of passengers.

78.07% of contracts on compulsory real property insurance related to residential ouses and apartments, 0.13% to administrative building, 21.80% to other real properties.

IN January-November, 2014, 142,343 contracts were signed on compulsory real property insurance, which the premiums on these contracts made AZN 14,745,842.
