SSPF budget for 2015 being discussed at meeting of Azerbaijani parliament`s standing committee for social policy

Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Draft laws “On budget of State Social Protection Fund for 2015”, “On subsistence minimum in Azerbaijan for 2015” and “On level of need criteria in Azerbaijan for 2015” have been discussed at today’s meeting of Azerbaijani parliament`s standing committee for social policy.

SSPF chairman Elman Mehdiyev said that the revenues of the Fund for 2015 are forecasted to make AZN 3.056 bln, up 4.4% or AZN 127.8 mln from 2014.

According to him, 63.8% or AZN 1.950 bln of revenues will come from compulsory state social insurance premiums, up AZN 169.8 mln or 9.5% from 2014’s forecast.

64.2% or AZN 1.251 bln of receipts will fall to share of non-budgetary organizations, up 11.7% or AZN 131.3 mln.

“Social insurance premiums from budget-financed institutions will make AZN 698.9 mln. Other receipts will stay at AZN 6.1 mln”, Mehdiyev said.

Expenditures are predicted to be at AZNB 3,056.3 mln, up AZN 127.8 m,ln or 4.4 % from 2014, AZN 468 mln or 18.1% from 2013.
