Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Low oil price in the state budget for 2015 will not create a serious problem for fulfillment of budget expenditures, said the Minister of Finance Samir Sharifov in the discussion of budget package for 2015 at the plenary meeting of Azerbaijani parliament.
He says oil price during past three months was 20% lower than considered in the state budget for 2015. However, Sharifov thinks that low oil price will not create a serious problem for fulfillment of budget expenditures: “World demand for oil decreased. This causes decline of revenues of oil exporter countries from oil. However, we think that there is not any economic ground for oil price to lower for a long time”.
He added that if the oil price is below $90, coordination in budget revenues and expenditures will be ensured.
Sharifov stressed that if the oil price is even below $60, it will not create a serious problem for fulfillment of budget expenditures.
