Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Macroeconomic situation of the country, processes in the world, assessment of geopolitical processes which include Azerbaijan and macroeconomic forecasts have been taken into account while the draft state budget for 2015 were developed, said the Finance Minister Samir Sharifov at today’s discussions of Azerbaijani Parliament.
According to him, the base price of oil in the state budget is $90 and this reflects reality: “Oil price fall is observed. However, average prices during 9 months made $109. Oil price in the budget for 2015 is $90, down $10 from 2014. However, the government states not to be worry and pass hasty decision on the background of oil price fall”.
The Minister said that oil price has a little effect on budget revenues. He added that the revenues and expenditures of the state budget have been insured.
He also noted that several scenarios have been developed on the background of oil price fall: “No great risk is expected in the provision of revenues and execution of expenditures of the state budget for 2015. Because different scenarios have been developed on the background of oil price fall”.
