Baku. Musa Ahmadov – APA-Economics. As of January 1, 2014, the provision of crediting by Azerbaijan-based credit organizations made AZN 18,542.6 mln, up AZN 3,119.7 mln or 20.23% from previous year.
According to the State Statistical Committee, household loans stood at AZN 7,731.8 mln or 44% of total volume, up AZN 1,517.1 mln or 24.41% from previous year.
As of January 1, overdue credits made AZN 976.3 mln, up AZN 183.5 mln or 23.15% by contrast to a year earlier. 79.1% of loans were given for long-term, 5.3% are overdue credits.
Overdue credits declined AZN 5.2 mln or 0.53% month-on-month.
