Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) of Turkey has passed a decision to transfer TAIB Bank’s shares in amount of 28,795,121 Turkish lira to the ownership of PASHA Bank OJSC.
PASHA Bank told APA-Economics that the bank’s shareholder capital increased from 80 mln TRY to 255 mln TRY.
So, PASHA Bank has bought 79.92% of TAIB Bank’s shares.
As a result of this transaction, share of Aksoy Holding A.Åž in the face value of 51 mln TRY will make 20% of TAIB Bank’s capital.
