Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. “First payment required for mortgage loan should be cancelled”, said the MP Gudrat Hasanguliyev at the discussion of state budget for 2015 in the Parliament’s meeting.
He noted that the down payment prevents young families to buy house: “The first should be cancelled as the young families cannot collect AZN 5,000, 7,000, 10,000 as a first cost for mortgage loan. Therefore, I think if the down payment is cancelled, this problem will be solved”.
Hasanguliyev considers the allocation of AZN 50 mln for social mortgage is acceptable. However, he thinks this sum can be increased.
