Baku. Musa Ahmedov - APA. International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) has clarified news about administrative responsibility against "Bank" IBA-Moscow "Ltd by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
During regular monitoring, the Central Bank of Russia has discovered that the Bank of IBA-MOSCOW delayed to report the information on completed transactions of the customer of the bank, the press service of IBA told APA-ECONOMICS.
"Taking into consideration that this violation is the first time ever and unintentional and insignificant by its nature, and the causes and conditions led to this violation have been eliminated, the Bank was given a warning," the report says issue by the IBA.
According to the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, the Central Bank of Russia has authority to bring to administrative responsibility regardless of extent of the offense, its public danger and the circumstances.
