Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. 15,400 families have bought houses through mortgage lending so far, said the Chairman of Central Bank of Azerbaijan Elman Rustamv in the discussion of state budget package for 2015 at the plenary meeting Azerbaijani parliament.
According to him, currently, total mortgage portfolio makes AZN 1 bln: “About AZN 600,000 have been given through Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund. These funds include allocations by state, as well as Fund’s own resources. The mortgage loans given through banks made AZN 400 mln.”
