Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. Azerbaijani Minister of Economy and Industry Shahin Mustafayev has today received European Investment Bank Wilhelm Molterer.
According to Ministry, Mustafayev noted Azerbaijan’s successful cooperation with international financial and economic organizations and said that he hopes the cooperation with EIB will also be profitable.
Mustafayev stressed that non-oil sector is a priority sphere in Azerbaijan, several projects are being implemented and it’s possible to cooperate with the bank in other spheres.
Molterer noted importance of Framework Agreement between bank and Azerbaijan and said that the bank will continue to allocate loans to Azerbaijan-based banks for development of small and medium business.
He also said that the bank is interested in cooperation with Azerbaijan, financing of different projects in Azerbaijan.
