Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. Today, draft laws on “Fulfilment of the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2014” and amendments to the Law of Azerbaijan Republic on “Automobile Transport” have been discussed at the Economic Policy of Azerbaijani Parliament.
According to APA-Economics, the chairman of the Economic Policy Committee Ziyad Samadzadeh noted that 2014 was successful year for Azerbaijan’s economy.
Deputy Finance Minister Azer Bayramov informed about fulfilment of 2014’s budget. HE noted that AZN 59 bln-GDP was produced in 2014, up 2.8% from 2013. Non-oil sector rose 7%. 39% of GDP fell to share of oil and gas sector, up 2.9% from 2013.
The Deputy Minister said that 72.3% of investments in the country’s economy made domestic investments.
“Average monthly salaries rose 4.5% to AZN 444.3, personal incomes advanced 4.8% to AZN 39.4 mln, per head income soared 3.5% by exceeding inflation 2.1%”, the deputy minister said.
Bayramov added that revenues of state budget made AZN 18,400,565,000 against AZN 18,384,000,000-forecast. The forecast was fulfilled by 100.1%.
Budget expenditures made AZN 18,708,999,987 and the AZN 20.063-forecast was fulfilled by 93.3%.
Budget deficit amounted to AZN 308,434,756.
Touching upon consolidated budget, Bayramov said that the revenues of the consolidated budget made AZN 23,082,200,000 overfulfilling the AZN 21,985,900,000-forecast by 105%. Expenditures made AZN 21,417,700,000. AZN 24.444 bln-forecast was fulfilled by 87.6%.
Budget surplus amounted to AZN 1,664,500,000.
The draft laws have been recommended to the plenary meeting.
