CB chairman: â€œStrategy for reduction of interest rates on mortgage loans has already been developedâ€

Baku. Gulnar Bashirova – APA. “Mortgage strategy is ready. The government and financial sector of the Central Bank will broadly discuss the strategy for reduction of interest rates on mortgage loans”, said the Chairman of the Central Bank Elman Rustamov, APA reports.

He noted that the strategy will be specified and realized after confirmation. “We are in favor of an single mortgage strategy in the country. Proposals of the Ministry of Youth and Sports related to this strategy should be discussed and adopted. Ultimately, a single strategy should be implemented", he added.
