Baku City Taxes Department abolished

Baku. Ramiz Mikayiloglu - APA. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has issued an order on making changes in the “structure of Azerbaijan Ministry of Taxes”.

APA reports that according to order the Baku City Taxes Department of the Ministry of Taxes has been abolished.

The Cabinet of Ministers is to draft proposals on conformation of the President’s acts with this order and submit them to the Azerbaijani President within three months, provide conformation of the normative legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers with this Order within three months and inform president about it, control conformation of normative legal acts of the central executive bodies with this order and inform President about it within five months and fulfil other issues arisen from the order. The Ministry of Justice is to provide conformation of normative legal acts and normative acts of the central executive bodies with this order and inform the Cabinet of Ministers about it.
