Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. In January-August, 2014, the personal income in Azerbaijan rose 5.1% to AZN 24.0 bln.
According to State Statistical Committee, per head income made AZN 2,559.9. Growth rate of per head income exceeded the consumption price rise by 2.4 percentage points and made 3.8%.
“70.2% of incomes were spent to consumer needs, 9.1% - the payment of taxes and contributions for social insurance, 2.7% - to payments of interest on credit and 18.0% - to increase of deposits and capital”, told the committee.
The income in the disposal of population made AZN 21.8 bln, up 5.6% from a year earlier.
