Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu – APA-Economics. Gross Domestic Products in Azerbaijan rose 2.4% to AZN 39.2 bln in January-August, 2014.
State Statistical Committee says the value added in non-oil sector rose 6.3%, and its share in GDP increased from 55.9% to 57.3%.
61.9% of GDP was formed in production spheres, 45.0% in industry, 11.8% in construction, 5.1% in agriculture, forestry and fishery, 31.0% in service spheres.
The value added for per citizen made AZN 1,403.4 ($ 1,789.2), up 1.1% compared to a year earlier. 54.8% of the value added was produced in non-oil sector, up 8.8% from previous year, dropped in oil-gas sector.
25.1% of VAT was formed in repair of trade and transportation facilities, 15.8% in transport and storehouse, 6.8% tourist accommodation and catering, 5.3% in information and communication services, 47.0% in social and other spheres.
Net taxes for production and import made 7.1% of GDP.
