Baku. Parviz Nuriyev – APA-Economics. As of October 1, 2014 the deposits in Azerbaijan-based credit organizations made AZN 14,531.5 mln, up AZN 2,602.1 mln or 21.81% compared to a year earlier. Moreover, the deposits dropped AZN 108.3 mln or 0.74% month-on-month.
AZN 6,959.7 mln of deposits was household deposits. Personal savings fell AZN 33.1 mln or 0.47%.
At the same time, legal entities’ deposits stood at AZN 7,618.1 mln, up AZN 1,926 mln or 33.84% from a year ago.
In legal entities’ deposits, AZN 4,085.6 mln or 53.63% belonged financial organizations, AZN 3,486.2 mln or 45.76% - to non-financial organizations.
