Baku. Yegane Lachinzade - APA-Economics. As of January 1, 2015, AZN 97.1 mln mortgage loans were given through Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund, down 14% or AZN 15.8 mln. from previous year.
Central Bank of Azerbaijan told APA-Economics that the state budget did not allocate funds for AMF in December, 2014. AMF refinanced AZN 126.4 mln in 2014. The Fund has not placed bonds for five months.
As of January 1, the authorized credit organizations gave AZN 40,206.0 loan. Average period of these loans made 279 months, average interest rate – 6.79% and monthly payment – AZN 332.5.
For comparison to note that the authorized organizations gave AZN 39,747 last year. Average period made 278 months, average interest rate -6.88% and monthly payment – AZN 319.9.
