Baku. Agshin Rafigoglu - APA-Economics. In October, 2014, over 8,900 insurance contracts were signed on real estate compulsory insurance, compulsory civil liability insurance related to exploitation of real property and compulsory individual insurance of passengers.
According to Compulsory Insurance Bureau, 8,489 contracts were signed on real estate compulsory insurance (+32.06%), 377 contracts on compulsory civil liability insurance related to exploitation of real property (-2.83%) and 44 contracts on compulsory individual insurance of passengers.
Regarding premiums, AZN 1,415,171 came from real estate compulsory insurance, AZN 24,240 from compulsory civil liability insurance related to exploitation of real property and AZN 8,840 from compulsory individual insurance of passengers.
71.04% of contracts on real estate compulsory insurance were related to residential houses and apartments, 0.52% to administrative buildings and 28.44% to other real estates.
