Azerbaijanâ€™s retail trade turnover increases by 10%

Baku. Aynur Aliyeva – APA-Economics. In January-September, 2013, retail trade turnover made AZN 13.9 bn (+9.6%).

According to State Statistical Committee, 51.9% of consumption products made food products, 48.1% - non-food products. Share of non-food products rose 4.1 percentage points.

In January-September, 2013, e-retail trade turnover soared 1.7 times to AZN 1.8 mln. The population purchased 84.7% of consumer goods from enterprises of juridical person, 15.3% - from individuals. 91.3% of e-trade turnover made non-food products.
