Baku. Yegane Lachinzade – APA-Economics. As of January 1, 2015 the deposits in Azerbaijan-based credit organizations made AZN 15,453.4 mln, up AZN 2,977.6 mln or 23.87% compared to a year earlier. In November, the deposits rose AZN 141.4 mln or 0.92%.
AZN 7,188.4 mln (46.52%) of deposits made household savings. The personal savings soared AZN 792.6 mln or 12.39% year-on-year.
At the same time, legal entities’ deposits stood at AZN 8,265 mln, up AZN 2,185.1 mln or 35.94% from a year ago.
In the legal entities’ deposits, AZN 4,298.1 mln or 52.0% belonged financial organizations, AZN 3,966.9 mln or 48.0% - to non-financial organizations.
