Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. 85% of authorized capital in the amount of AZN 44,223,659 belongs to Azerbaijan State Committee for Property Issues, 14% to Turkish Ziraat Bank and 1% to Ziraat Bank International AG.

Along with the shareholding structure, the bank’s management has also been changed. Now, bank’s Management Board consists of three persons. Chairman is Elmar Mammadov. Members are Farhad Adigozelov and Rumiyya Mammadova.

Bank’s Supervisory Board includes chairman – Famil Ismayilov, members – Samir Nasibov and Mugdat Ismayilov.
