Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. State Committee for Securities has registered emission prospectus of ordinary, book-entry shares of AXA Mbask.

SCS told APA-Economics that the face value is AZN 382, quantity – 6,545 and volume of the issue – AZN 2.5 mln.

The placement will be held in public offering.

Current authorized capital makes AZN 6,730,840.
