Baku. Vahab Rzayev – APA-Economics. In January-September, 2013, receipts of cash circulation in Azerbaijan’s banking system made AZN 28.056 bln, expenses – AZN 28.321 bln.

According to CBA, in comparison with 2012, receipts rose 20.9% expenses – 16.3%.

So the negative balance made AZN 265 mln and monetary emission made AZN 360.0 bln, down 3.2 times from a year earlier.

Note that sharp decline of monetary emission indicated that lack of money in private economy declined or Central Bank limited emission. However, experts of Ekonomist magazine (APA Holding) think that actually, both assumptions are wrong: “In the first 9 months of 2013, money sully (M2 Board) increased by AZN 1. bln. So, monetary emission is carried out, but other methods out of banking system are ised for this purpose”.

The share of income from financial transactions with juridical persons and individuals made AZN 17.377 bln or 61.9%. Among other sources of income may be noted from the entities of AZN 6.574 bln (23.4%) and from individuals by AZN 2.196 bln (7.8%).

The share of payments on financial transactions with juridical persons and individuals in the expenditure of cash circulation accounts for AZN 11.797 bln or 41.7%, while investments in ATM machines – AZN 7.122 bln or 25.2%, to share of payments to businesses and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activity without establishing a legal entity – AZN 8.640 bln or 30.5%.
