Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. Islamic Development Bank invested AZN 2 175.7 thousand in Azerbaijan during January-May, 2010, up 43.3% compared with a year ago, State Statistical Committee told APA.
State Statistical Committee says, the share of IDB in the investment of foreign countries and international organizations makes 0.3%.
Azerbaijan has been a member of IDB since 1992. During this time, the bank allocated $ 423 mln to Azerbaijan for execution of 12 projects.
