If Ukraine does not receive a tranche of frozen Russian assets by the spring, Kyiv will significantly reduce drone production, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in his speech at the Council of the European Union, APA reports.
"We want frozen Russian assets, and this is not part of the negotiation process. If we have this privilege, we will act more confidently at the negotiating table," the Ukrainian leader noted.
He claimed that Russia does not want Europeans to participate in peace talks: "This desire of Russia should not be realized. The existence of Europe will not allow Russia to resume attacks against us.
At the same time, I want an answer to one question: if Russia attacks us again, how will the US react to this?"
