Ukrainian Security Council Secretary Rustem Umerov confirmed that Europeans will participate in the talks scheduled for Friday in Miami, APA reports.
According to him, European and Ukrainian representatives have already held preliminary consultations ahead of the meeting with the US delegation.
"Today in the United States, together with [Chief of the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces], Lieutenant General Andriy Gnatov, we will begin another round of consultations with the American side. European partners have also been invited to this format at the invitation of the American side," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
"We are constructive. We have held preliminary consultations with our European colleagues and are preparing for further discussions with the American side," Umerov added. He also announced that he would present a report to Volodymyr Zelenskyy following the talks.
