Negotiations between Ukraine and Russia are currently focused solely on humanitarian matters, Rustem Umerov, head of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, said in an interview with CNN, APA reports.
Umerov said talks are ongoing regarding prisoner exchanges. He emphasized that the halt of the war depends on Russia and added that Moscow intends to continue attacking Ukraine with up to 1,000 drones per day by the end of this year.
“This shows that Russia has no serious intention to end the war,” Umerov stressed.
