A delegation of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, together with the Ministry of Defense, visited the United States as a continuation of the agreements between the Presidents of Ukraine and the United States, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Rustam Umerov said in a Facebook post, APA reports.
“The key issue was the implementation of the presidential initiative, 'Drone Deal.” The main goal of the Ukrainian team’s visit was technical negotiations to prepare for the signing of an agreement on the purchase of Ukrainian drones. Its implementation also provides for the possibility of establishing joint Ukrainian-American production facilities,” he wrote.
