The Turkish Armed Forces do not pose a threat to anyone who does not endanger the Turkish people. Nevertheless, the Turkish army has all the capabilities and determination to address the challenges facing the country, APA reports, citing the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.
It was noted that any action aimed at harming Türkiye’s interests will continue to be doomed to failure.
The Ministry of Defense also expressed hope that Greece will adopt a constructive approach to the processes in the region.
“Türkiye’s priority is to ensure peace and stability in the region. This also applies to the Aegean Sea. The Turkish Armed Forces are ready to fulfill all obligations entrusted to them,” the statement said.
