Türkiye’s Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has stated that Türkiye is ready to host renewed Russia–Ukraine negotiations in Istanbul, APA’s Türkiye bureau reports.
Hakan Fidan emphasized the importance of not withdrawing from the negotiation table:
“We have seen that direct talks have produced productive results on many issues, and we observe that a new perspective is emerging in Geneva. It is important to preserve the basis for negotiations. As Türkiye, we are ready to once again host the Istanbul talks and support direct negotiations. It is essential not to step back from the negotiation table.”
