On Monday (3rd), Mladen Zizovic, coach of FK Radnicki 1923, passed away during the match against Mladost Lucani, in the first division of the Serbian Championship, APA reports, citing yahoo.com.
The 45-year-old coach suffered a heart attack 20 minutes into the game but did not survive despite resuscitation attempts.
The death was declared during the match, which was obviously interrupted.
Zizovic was also a player, having played for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team on four occasions.
On social media, videos are circulating of the moment when the referee interrupts the match and informs the players of Mladen Zizovic's death.
