Searches were carried out at the residence of former Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili, APA’s local bureau reports, citing the country’s Prosecutor General’s Office.
According to the information, searches were also conducted at the homes of former Head of the State Security Service Grigol Liluashvili and former Prosecutor General Otar Partskhaladze.
During the searches, various electronic devices, documents, and a significant amount of cash were seized.
The Prosecutor General’s Office noted that updates on the progress and results of the investigation will be shared with the public.
