OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen, visits Georgia after Armenia, APA’s local bureau reports.
She is currently meeting with Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili.
Within the framework of her visit, the OSCE Chairperson is expected to hold meetings with several high-level officials and representatives of civil society.
The discussions will focus on Georgia’s internal and external challenges, with special attention given to the OSCE’s continued support for the Geneva International Discussions on resolving the consequences of the 2008 war.
Commenting on the visit, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze emphasized the importance of cooperation with the OSCE and expressed Georgia’s openness to further strengthening this partnership.
