French President Emmanuel Macron believes the country must be prepared for hybrid information warfare, APA reports.
"Do I think Russia will attack us tomorrow? No. But I think there is an information war, or, as it's also called, a hybrid war, and we must prepare," Macron said at a meeting with regional press readers in the commune of Mirecourt (in the Vosges department in the east of the country). His speech was broadcast on the Elysée Palace website in X.
At the same time, Macron believes that "there is no need to be afraid of this."
