Today, at the end of the fifth meeting of the Kyrgyz-Hungarian Strategic Council in Budapest, a relevant protocol and roadmap on bilateral cooperation between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan and Hungary for 2026-2028 were signed, APA reports, citing the Kyrgyz Foreign Ministry.
At the meeting, chaired by the Foreign Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and Hungary, the ministers discussed issues of Kyrgyz-Hungarian cooperation, organization of visits, and other bilateral events.
Kyrgyz Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev proposed to his Hungarian counterpart Peter Szijjártó, to send representatives as international observers to the parliamentary elections to be held on November 30.
To further expand relations between the countries, it was decided to hold meetings of the Kyrgyz-Hungarian Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation and the Kyrgyz-Hungarian Business Council.
