Russia is expanding its disinformation campaign in Armenia ahead of next year’s elections, said the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, during her speech at the EU Foreign Affairs Ministers’ Committee meeting, APA reports.
She noted that the main target of such campaigns this year was Moldova.
Kallas emphasized the importance of strengthening the fight against Russia’s disinformation campaign.
“The EU highly values its cooperation with this country regarding the monitoring of elections in Moldova,” Kallas added.
