European Union will soon take new measures targeting Russia's energy, financial and trade revenues, said European Union (EU) High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas at a joint press conference with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga during her visit to Kyiv, APA reports.
"Russia's war economy has already weakened and we will weaken it further. Inflation has exceeded 20%, cash reserves are running out, and economic growth is close to 0," Kaja Kallas noted.
She said that the European Union has allocated 800 million euros to help Ukraine this winter.
Kallas said that an additional 100 million euros were prepared.
