Hungary has received a full waiver from the United States on US sanctions that had been blocking oil and gas supplies from Russia. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán announced this following talks with US President Donald Trump at the White House, APA reports citing M1 TV Channel.
"Hungary will be completely freed from sanctions regarding gas supplies via the Turkish Stream and oil via the Druzhba pipeline," the head of government said at a press conference for Hungarian journalists, which was broadcast by the M1 television channel.
