Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili supports the ruling Georgian Dream – Democratic Georgia party's decision to appeal to the Constitutional Court to ban three opposition parties, including the United National Movement (founded by former President Mikheil Saakashvili), APA reports.
"When they so deliberately damage the political environment with foreign funding, in my opinion, conditions arise for such political parties to not exist in our political space," Kavelashvili said in an interview with the Adjara television channel of the Georgian Public Broadcaster.
