"Four days after the violent attack on the Presidential Palace in Tbilisi, no organization or state, including the US, the European Union and specific EU countries, has issued a statement condemning the attempt to overthrow the government elected by the Georgian people," said Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze at a briefing, APA's local bureau reports.

According to him, the statements made by the EU, OSCE/ODIHR and other organizations can be interpreted as an indirect but clear expression of support for violence.

I. Kobakhidze also commented on the call of the European People's Party (EPP) for the EU to impose sanctions on Bidzina Ivanishvili and members of the ruling team. The Prime Minister said that this call by the EPP clearly shows the disaster to which the European bureaucracy has led the EU.
