French President Emmanuel Macron has not yet decided whether he will travel to Berlin for a meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz and Volodymyr Zelenskyy to discuss the Ukrainian settlement, given the uncertainty surrounding the United States' provision of security guarantees to Kyiv, according to Elysée Palace, APA reports citing AFP.
"He may have meetings in Europe next week, and Berlin is a great option. The president has yet to decide," the agency quotes an unnamed Macron adviser as saying.
