Former Secretary General of the European Union's diplomatic service Stefano Sannino has been detained by Belgian police, APA reports, citing the newspaper "L'Echo".
He was detained as part of an investigation by the police into the institutions operating under the EU.
According to the newspaper, the deputy director of the College of Europe is also expected to be arrested by the police.
Note that the identities of two of the European officials detained by the police have already been revealed.
One of them is Stefano Sannino, and the other is the former High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini.
