The trial in the case of former Georgian Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze continues at the Tbilisi City Court, APA's local bureau reports.
The preventive detention measure against him was reviewed at today's session.

The court upheld the preventive detention measure against Burchuladze.
Note that Burchuladze was detained on September 11 of this year. He is accused of abuse of office and legalization of illegal income. These criminal acts are punishable by 9 to 12 years in prison.
Recall that Burchuladze held the post of Defense Minister of Georgia in 2021-2024.
