Entrance fees to the Louvre in Paris will be increased by 45% for visitors from non-European countries, according to the French museum's administration, APA reports citing Agence France-Presse (AFP).
Under the new rules, tickets for such tourists will cost €32. The price increase is expected to take effect on January 14, 2026, and will apply to tourists from countries outside the European Economic Area (the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway). This measure has been approved by the French government.
