Baku. Vahab Rzayev - APA-Economics. The President and one of the main founders of the LUKoil, Vahid Alekberov has purchased the share in the worth of 100.8 RR. According to Interfax, Alekberov purchased 50,000 shares from counteragents not regarding company. At present, Alekberov controls 20.87% of LUKoil’s shares through several companies. The share directly belonging to him makes 2.16%.
Other larger beneficiary of the company is Vice-President Leonid Fedun. He controls 9.5%-share. His own share is 1.4%.
Note that the active purchase of share started in 2012. Alekberov purchased 2.1 mln-share in December.
LUKoil’s share went up approximately 10% in 2012. So, market price of the share was over RR 2,000 in 2013, while it was RR 1,800 in early-2012.
