‘But this, in turn, can also create some problems, because failure of drilling wells will cost expensive to us’, he noted.
To him, works connected with drilling rigs must be installed in a right and balanced way. The minister reminded that at one time a failure was recorded in drilling rigs, thereafter relevant construction works were conducted and consequently, drilling rigs were sent to the East part of the Caspian for the maintenance.
