SOCAR to start construction of carbamide plants in Azerbaijan and Georgia at the year-end

Baku - APA-Economics. The territory of Carbamide Plant, constructed by SOCAR in Georgia has been declared free economic zone, said SOCAR President Rovnag Abdullayev, APA reports.

To him, the construction of carbamide plants in Azerbaijan and Kulevi zone will be conducted at the same time and Georgian government has already made a decision related to territory of ths plant: â€˜There will be held ground breaking ceremony for this plant by the participation of Georgian President. Carbamide Plant will be built on the Free Economic Zone and it will give us great advantages. Projects of both plants will be implemented simultaneously, so we will be able to reduce construction expenses and cost of the productsâ€™.
