To him, SOCAR plans to use domestic financial means of Azerbaijan in financing of yhe project. Attraction of funds from the sources will depend on conditions.
‘I suppose that SOCAR will also investigate the joint to this project as an investor. In case of positive decision, we would like SOCAR to take part in it, as well. It is an effective project with above 10% annual profitability’, added Aliyev.
