Baku. Nijat Mustafayev – APA-Economics. in January-may, 2012, Azerbaijan produced 7.4 bn cbm marketable natural gas. The State Statistical Committee told APA that this figure rose 8.8% in comparison with last year.
In general, in 2015, marketable gas production will reach 20 bn cbm. This figure is expected to make 40 bn cbm in 2025.
As to general gas production in the country, gas production will hit 28.280 bn cbm in 2012, 29.220 bn cbm in 2013, 29.540 bn cbm in 2014, and 29.310 bn cbm in 2015.
