Name of company to provide SOCAR’s new building with electric supply made public - PHOTO

Baku – APA-Economics. Name of company to provide SOCAR’s new building with electric supply was made public. According to Turkish press, Turkish AE Arma-Elektropanç Company has won the tender.
AE Arma-Elektropanç is world-known and partner of Imtech N.V. Company, which is known in information-communication sphere.
Note that, in October, 2010, groundbreaking ceremony of SOCAR’s new building was held in Heydar Aliyev Avenue with the participation of President Ilham Aliyev. The works on projection of company’s modern office building have been started since 2007 and tender was announced on this. A “Wind-fire†concept, which submitted by South Korean Heerim Architects & Planner Co. Ltd Company, was considered more attractive. In 2007, SOCAR and Heerim Architects & Planners Co. Ltd have signed contract. In March, 2010, a tender was announced on construction works and Turkish TEKFEN İnşaat və Təchizat (TEKFEN Construction and Equipment) company won the tender. SOCAR and this company signed contract. The project’s initial worth is $ 235.4 mln. The office will have 40 surface floors, 2 underground floors and will copver 5 ha area. 5 conference halls, fitness, some canteens will operate here.
The building will have stations with 1,045 cars in underground floors, 240 cars – in surface floors.
